Scottsdale - Flagstaff 
Again we left early in the morning and headed north on the Interstate 17. We turned off at Junction 262 onto Highway 69 to Prescott. From there we went north on the 89, turning off onto the 89A to Sedona.
This is a very spectacular piece of road that leads down through Jerome to Cottonwood and on to Sedona. The road leads through the Red Rock State Park and Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff.
