Early in the morning, we drove up to Glacier Point to see what must be one of the world's most incredible views!

We left the Park by the Big Oak Flat Entrance on Highway 120. We stopped for lunch at Jamestown which was used as a backdrop in the film "High Noon". We arrived in San Francisco via the Oakland Bay Bridge.

Having checked into the hotel, we drove out to the Golden Gate Bridge and up to the Marin Headlands. The view was magnificient. We then travelled around the coast to Point Bonita, walked on the beach and watched the surfers.

In the evening, we drove down to Fisherman's Wharf to see the glittering lights of San Francisco from Pier 39.
