Ventura - Los Angeles
We entered into the city of angels on Highway 101, turning off at Calabasas onto Mulholland Drive. This road runs along through residential areas along the Santa Monica Mountains. At one part, the road disappeared into a dirt track before returning to its original state in Beverly Hills.
Before it ends at the Hollywood Freeway, 
there is a magnificent viewpoint of the Hollywood sign
, the Hollywood Bowl and 
Los Angeles .
From there we drove across to Venice Beach, driving along Sunset Blvd. 
After a walk along the beach, we carried on down to Long Beach, where the Queen Mary is berthed.
In the evening we went to our new favourite place to eat: Quick & Split Burgers next to Randy's Donuts.
