Monterey - Ventura
Just south of Monterey is Pebble Beach with its 19 Mile Drive and the Pebble Beach Golf Club. After Pebble Beach comes the idyllic Carmel.
Carmel is the starting point of one of the world's most spectacular highways - Highway Number One. With its bridges and view points, it winds its way along the Pacific coast - Big Sur, San Simeon, San Luis Obispo.
At Buelton, we detoured via Solvang, a Danish village, along Lake Cuchama and down to Santa Barbara and to our hotel in Ventura.
